How does the system work?
The system collects and normalizes data from different control systems and visualizes it uniformly through SimONet, ZAT's advanced platform for data collection, analysis and management. Each product is traceable throughout the entire production process. This allows errors or quality deviations to be quickly identified and corrected before the product leaves the production line.

Mobile and web applications
The system also includes a mobile and web application that provides a managerial overview of current and historical data, enables automatic measurements in real time, and offers the ability to input data using tablets, readers, mobile phones and computers. The app also supports the export of production guides and reports, integration with the HR system, for example for employee capacity planning, and allows access control to the workplace via access cards.
