Dispatching system for industrial park
In 2022, we signed a contract with the company Industriální park Plzeň Ejpovice (IPPE), which leases production, storage and office space on an area of 40 ha to other companies, while also providing them with electricity from its own sources and providing a complete infrastructure (supply of gas, drinking water, heat, waste water drain, ...)
The goal of the product delivery for operators of local distribution systems is to replace the existing monitoring system of substations, merge data from technologies (e.g. water networks, gas distribution system, wastewater treatment plant) and subsequent regulation and control of these technologies and devices. The information system also processes and displays data from local photovoltaic power plants.
The product uses both of ZAT's own platforms - the SandRA Z210 control system for control and regulation and the SimONet platform, on which the online dispatch system is built.
In the next planned stages, thanks to the SimONet platform, we will be able to integrate the monitoring and control of balance flows for the customer, introduce technical records of the equipment and plan maintenance, checks and revisions of the distribution system.

Control and Regulation
Our own control system was used for the purposes of managing and regulating substations. This system provides data collection, serves as their concentrator and also enables safe distribution of energy within the network. After the planned expansion of LDS with a photovoltaic power plant, the system is ready to take over the control of this new resource as well.
Data display and visualization
Data from metering points - electricity meters, gas meters and water meters - are collected by IoT sensors and flow to the SimONet platform via the LoRA network. At the same time, this platform receives data from substations collected by the SandRA platform, processes data from the wastewater treatment plant, the gas regulation station and the photovoltaic power plant, and takes data from the existing business module.
The SimONet platform visualizes all this data in clear graphs, which can be parameterized and filtered by itself according to its current needs. In the same environment, the customer also has the option of controlling the HV substation, for example disconnecting it.
Information is always up-to-date thanks to online communication and can be viewed from anywhere on devices with different operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS,...).
